To their friends and families, young New Orleanians Zack and Addie were just another young couple falling in love. They’d had their share of problems in the past, but were making a go of it. When Hurricane Katrina made landfall and ripped huge swathes of New Orleans apart, Addie let Zack move into her apartment so they could ride out the storm together – but little did she know the demon she’d invited into her home. As their relationship strained, bouts of binge-drinking and drug abuse made things worse, and when Addie tried to have Zack evicted it was one of the last moves she’d ever make.
The suicide note Police found in Zack’s back pocket led them back to the apartment he’d shared with Addie. On arrival, the horrific scenes they’d discover would shake the already storm-ravaged city to its very core.
You’ll hear many more chilling tales of true crime along with stories of supernatural activity on our New Orleans French Quarter Ghost Walk, with added layers of historic context and cultural insight provided by your expert guide. See the Itinerary section below for a sample of the stops.
